This is a necklace made from porcupine quills, beads and leather. The necklace is 6 quills tall. The beads are glass like and the dark blue beads are semi gloss while the light ones are a little glossier. The leather is genuine and has been died a nice tan colour. It is threaded with beading thread and is nice and flexible. I am not of native blood but have been involved with the First Nations community and have a great respect for their ways and traditions, I am learning a few of their traditional crafts.
